Pink Motel Pool Session
HiHa that is what you call skateboarding! That is such a crazy event! It got all the ingredient for a good day!

As you can see on the day 1 highlights of the Goald Coast Quicksilver Pro the surf pro season has started! It seems that this year start pretty well and all the guys are pretty pumped up!

Submissao Grappling and BJJ in Karlsruhe 2012
Yesterday I participate at Submissao, a BJJ and Grappling competition. They say it’s the 1st grappling competition in Germany but for me it was simply my first competition!
On a personal side my only fight didn’t go the way I wanted but I’ve learn a lot so it’s all good. On the event side and the day with my teammates, it was great!
As usual we had a lot of fun!
The action that took place was of a great level!
There was a Superfight at a galactic level between Peter Sobotta (Ex UFC fighter) and Benjamin Russ that enjoyed the 400 fighters competing and the public!
But we also saw the raise of one of our local legend! The kid is 19 years old, was weighting 82,2kg so had to fight in -88kg in BJJ, won all his fight without taking one point and had all the other fighters asking themselves how to beat him! My friend and teammate Ahmed aka “The king of the Continental Island of Djibouti”! He is also a king in Salsa of Djibouti and can loose 5kg on a day due to stress!
Well done Bro!
Madonna Super Bowl Performance
If you follow me on twitter you know that yesterday during the Superbowl half time I slept! I even said that I was happy that I did so!
Well I was stupid!!! I just watched Madonna performance and Ohhh my god!
I have tons of respect for her but lately feel that she is missing something and that she is not where she used to be. When I listen to the last track with Nicki and M.I.A I had the same feeling… I mean I’m not a huge fan but she is the Queen of POP!
But excuse me after watching yesterday performance I am blown away! The right selection of tracks, a perfect choreography (did she fall at some points on Music?), nice featuring it means that she is still at the top of her game!
Vogue even if 20 years old (or so) and Music even if 10 years old (or so) are so “actual”, the new track don’t take enough advantage of Nicki and M.I.A but those 2 are big! LMFAO well even if I really don’t like their second album they represent something and then Cee Lo well nothing to say, perfect! The finish on “Like a prayer” beautiful…
For this performance at the top of its game I do have to give the Extreme Dopeness stamp to her! You surprised me Madonna!

Coupe de Zone Est JJB 2011 in Strasbourg
Today the Coupe de l’Est de Jiu Jitsu Bresilien (BJJ) took place in Strasbourg and was organised by my club The Gracie Barra 67!
We got really good result, the attendance was good and we really saw interesting fights… Not so many pics because I messed up! I was (trying) taking pictures, filming, coaching and supporting… even did timing at the referee table at some points so the media side was not well covered!
Anyway you have a glimpse of it and don’t forget to visit my youtube page as I will upload the video of some nice fights there!
But you know what is the best? It’s that BJJ even if it is a fight sport have such a good vibes! Look at those champions

BKRW call it a trailer but I prefer to call it a teaser! On 25.11.11 there will be an exhibition at the Blackrainbow Paris shop!
Will it be full of Jonone throw up? Will there be more other surprise? I don’t know but when you know the guys behind you can expect something nice!

During my last and unique trip to China, well in Shanghai, I felt in love with the country! In this video you see a bit why I did! There is so many faces of the civilization there!
Doing a Air+Style contest there is such a good idea by Oakley and Shaun White! The result looks amazing too!
IDM BJJ and Grappling open 2011
Yesterday was the IDM BJJ and Grappling open in Altenheim in Germany! It was a great day and Gracie Barra 67 along the cousin Ozaki Boxing Club section JJB and Lutte Lipsheim combat managed to get really good results!
There were some really good fights and a great atmosphere! A good time and organisation (outside the delays) that will be remembered!
A lot of fighters were attending!
The black belt didn’t have it easy against the white ones!
Light weight fought bigger and higher ranked guys with no fear!
Some deserved to win but lost on bad decisions…
And others got the fruit of their hard days and training!
A really good event all in all! If you want to see the BJJ fights of some of my teammate stay tuned on my YouTube channel as I will upload them as soon as possible!
