Lol his exercise has nothing to do with MMA or any other martial arts Bru! His exercise is like my 2 years old niece teaching me to speak!
First UFC is like the NBA (Basketball Association) an organization not a sport… Then if you show fitness try to have cardio by yourself because being tired after 2min doesn’t look good… To Finish try to go to a Karate, Muay Thai or kickboxing class to learn how to do proper kicks because the way you do it, your student will hurt themself!
My advice to him is stick to normal fitness if he has studied it because in term of Martial Art even for fitness he is below 0!

Why? Because I come from a Karate background and so always appreciated Machida style even if it is not the most spectacular one I do agree. For the Noogs well because I had the chance to meet those 2 legends and to be honest they were fantastic and earn a huge respect from me then! They were so accessible and teaching us in such a nice way things… Well as usual I can’t wait for this card!

UFC is again providing us with a crazy card! Shogun, Hendo, Lee and Wanderlei are legends of the sport and their fighting style should provide us crazy ones!
The batamweight match up will also be nice and I feel that as lately the rest of the card worth staying awake and watching it!

I don’t think any of those 2 have stolen their place or are here at the wrong time. I also feel that it is at the level of some Boxing world championship back when Tyson and Holyfield were the kings!
I can’t wait to see those 2 because they both have advantage over the other but in the meantime I feel that they are quite even. Still my heart goes to Junior Dos Santos that I feel have better boxing and could out wrestle Velasquez because he’s got what it takes…
